It has been stated by learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 that the Petitioners' real brother had approached to the Green Tribunal for redressal of their grievances by filing Application No. 35 of 2014 and as such when the issue is pending/ decided at the instance of the Petitioners' real brother, there is no need to invoke jurisdiction of this Court in this Public Interest Litigation.

Be that as it may, keeping in view the fact that the Petitioners are not present, the Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
