The Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for demolition of an unauthorised construction of respondent no.2. This Court vide its order dated 22nd July, 2017 had recorded the statement of the Corporation that demolition was being proceeded with.

The learned Counsel for the Corporation has placed on record the copy of the communication addressed by the Assistant Commissioner, Division - I to the Deputy Municipal Commissioner stating therein that the entire unauthorised construction has been demolished. Same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 3.

We find that the purpose of the petitioner has been served and the Petition is therefore disposed of as such.
