Learned Counsel appearing for the original complainant seeks leave to withdraw the intervention applications with liberty to file fresh applications before the Sessions Court as his earlier application for cancellation of bail is still pending before it. 3.
At this stage, the learned Prosecutor seeks detagging of Criminal Applications filed by the State i.e., Criminal Application Nos.303 of 2015 and 304 of 2015.

Accordingly, the criminal application Nos.188 of 2015 and 139 of 2015 are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
