This is an application for condonation of delay of 89 days in filing an appeal.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 4. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application I find that the applicant has made out sufficient cause for condonation of dealy. In the result, the application is allowed. The dealy is condoned.
