The Petitioner and the Advocate both are absent. The Petitioner Mr. Uddhav Naikwadi was aware that this Writ Petition was circulated for admission in terms of the endorsement on the circulation note dated 16.09.2019. 2.

When the matter was called out, both the Advocate and the Petitioner are absent. The notice of this petition was issued on 23rd February, 2018. After that, afdavitin-reply has also been fled by the State. In these circumstances, in the absence of both, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
