Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions states that the applicant shall deposit the entire amount of the award along with interest before the Railway Claims Tribunal within eight weeks from today.

In such circumstances, there shall be interim stay of the impugned judgment and award pending disposal of the appeal N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

Upon deposit of the amount the Tribunal shall invest the same in any nationalized bank initially for a period of one year. 5.
