The charge-sheet is filed for offences punishable under Sections 376, 366, 504, 506, 500 r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

In the First Information Report (for short 'FIR') it is alleged that the complainant was acquainted with Petitioner/accused. There was physical relationship between them. The accused forced her to perform marriage. Even thereafter there was physical relationship between them on several occasions. 3.

It is jointly submitted that the parties have resolved the dispute. The marriage has been dissolved. The Complainant has by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

The Petitioner and Respondent No.2/Complainant are present in the Court. The complainant stated that she has no objection for allowing the petition for quashing the impugned proceedings. She has filed an Affidavit stating that the matter has been settled. She has no objection for quashing the proceedings. The Affidavit is taken on record.

The Respondent No.2 had preferred petition for divorce which has been allowed ex-party. The Respondent No.2 had granted no objection for granting regular bail to the Petitioner. 6.

In view of the settlement between the parties and consent of the complainant for quashing the impugned proceedings, the relief sought in this Petition can be granted.

ORDER

Criminal Writ Petition No.2414 of 2021 is allowed and disposed of;

ii.
