This is an application seeking extension of time to deposit compensation in the Registry of Small Causes Court at Mumbai (Bandra Division).

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submitted that there is an arrears from April 2020 to September 2021 to be deposited towards compensation. He submitted that the same could not be deposited due to the present Covid-19 pandemic.

In view thereof, the period to deposit appears of compensation from April 2020 to September 2021 is extended by one

URS 2 38-IA 2112-21 in CRA 1125-14.odt week from today. The Applicants are directed to hereinafter regularly deposit the said compensation as directed by the order of the Appellate Court.

Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 5.
