Learned counsel for the applicant states that the office objections could not be removed within the time prescribed due to the circumstances set out in paragraphs 4 to 8. Delay of 12 days in filing the civil application is also explained in those paragraphs. Learned counsel undertakes to remove all office objections within four weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. In view of the undertaking rendered by the leaned counsel for the applicant, order dated 9th January,2018 passed by the I/C. Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If the objections are not removed within the time prescribed, the order passed by this court today to stand vacated and the order passed by the I/C. Registrar (Judicial-II) dated 9th
kvm 2/2 903-CAF3813.19 January,2018 to stand restored.
