It is stated that there is a typographical error in paragraph 3, line no.2, wherein the name of the advocate for the Respondents is wrongly typed as 'Shashikala Kishor Nalage' instead of ' Mr. M.S. Topkar'

. The same be corrected to read as 'Mr. M.S. Topkar'. In paragraph 4, line no.7, the words 'Labour Court allowed the application' is wrongly typed instead of 'Industrial Court allowed the Complaint' . The same be corrected to read as 'Industrial Court allowed the Complaint' .
