The Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.4. Respondent no. 4 passed away on 27th December 2020 and the application is filed on 24th February 2021.

Due to Covid pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022, therefore, there is no delay in filing the Interim Application. The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment be carried out within three weeks from today.
