The applicant is apprehending arrest in CR No.137 of 2020 registered with Pantnagar Police Station, Ghatkopar, Mumbai, for offences punishable under Sections 353, 332 and 504 of Indian Penal Code.

The case of prosecution is that the applicant was riding motorcycle. He stopped the motorcycle. There was quarrel with the BEST bus driver and damage is caused to the bus. Injury is caused to driver. It is contended that the applicant is a young boy aged about 20 years and he is a student.

The applicant was granted interim protection by order dated 13th March 2020. The applicant has tendered affidavit-cumundertaking dated 17th March 2020 stating that the case relates to road mishap and without admitting guilt, the he undertakes that he would not indulge in offence of similar nature. The affidavit-cum-

In view of above, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Interim order dated 13th March 2020 is hereby confirmed; (ii) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR No.137 of 2020 registered with Pantnagar Police Station, Ghatkopar, Mumbai, the applicant be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; (iii) The applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called for;

(iv) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.623 of 2020 is disposed of.
