At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that, there was an error in filing the present Appeal from Order against impugned Order dated 30th June 2017. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal with liberty to file a substantive Writ Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning the said Order dated 30th June 2017.

Leave and liberty granted.
