This application is made for relaxation of the conditions imposed in the order dated 4.12.2014 passed in bail application No.1995 of 2014. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the relaxation is sought of the condition by which the applicant was directed not to enter Pune district except attending the Court dates. The learned Counsel submits that the chargehsheet is filed.

The condition of not entering the Pune district is hereby relaxed. However, he is directed to attend the Hadapsar police station on every 1 / 2
