Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the Applicant seeks modification/relaxation of the condition set out in clause (ii) of para 5, imposed by this Court (Coram:Prakash D. Naik, J.) vide order dated 21st June, 2017, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1366 of 2017.

The condition of which modification is sought, reads thus:- "5.

....

(ii) The Applicant is directed to report the investigating officer of Bandra Police Station, Mumbai once in a week on every Saturday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m." 4.

Perused the papers. The applicant was enlarged on bail in connection with C.R.No.403 of 2016, registered with the Bandra Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 376, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court (Coram:Prakash D. Naik, J.) vide order dated 21st June, 2017, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1366 of 2017, was pleased to enlarge the applicant on bail on certain conditions.

It appears that the applicant has been reporting to investigating officer of Bandra Police Station, Mumbai, once in a week on every Saturday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m, as directed by this Court. Investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed. It is informed that charge has also been framed in the aforesaid case.

Accordingly, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the condition set out in clause (ii) of para 5, imposed by this Court (Coram:Prakash D. Naik, J.) vide order dated 21st June, 2017, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1366 of 2017, stands relaxed, inasmuch as, the applicant is now not required to attend the Bandra Police Station, Mumbai. However, the applicant shall attend the concerned Court and shall co-operate in the conduct of the trial. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 21st June, 2017, to remain as it is. 7.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 8.
