CORAM: N.M. JAMDAR, J.

Wednesday, 17 February 2016.

PC. :

On 14 January 2016, following order was passed. 'Reference was made to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal in respect of claim of the workman for dues for a period of suspension between 29 May 1986 to 6 January 1987 and 20 January 1988 to 30 June 1991. The concerned workman had expired when the Reference was made. The Tribunal held that the industrial dispute, what was sent for adjudication, could not be said to be an industrial dispute and the Tribunal had no jurisdiction to decide the Reference. Accordingly, by an order dated 30 September 1999, Reference was disposed of for want of jurisdiction. The Rule was issued on 9 September 2002. None appears for the Petitioners when the matter is called out.

List the petition on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 15 February 2016.

If no appearance is made on behalf of the Petitioners on the next date, it will be presumed that the Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting this petition.
