1] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, in pursuance of the order dated 7th December 2018 and 2nd April 2019, the applicant has deposited the said sum of Rs.1,22,25,349/- in the Registry of this Court. He produced across the bar a receipt of deposit of the said amount.

2] In view thereof, the applicant can be protected by pre-arrest bail.

osk 2-aba-2162-2018.odt Hence, the following order :- (i) In the event of arrest in CR No. 11 of 2018 registered with Vashi Police Station, Navi Mumbai, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or interfere with the process of investigation.

(iii) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 3] In view of disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, the Criminal Application No. 291 of 2019 does not survive and is, accordingly, disposed off.
