The applicant was directed not to be arrested by order dated 20/03/2020. The said order remained in force till date. 2.

When the learned APP is asked whether the custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary, he on instructions of Mr. Mangalsingh Chavan, the Investigating Officer, who is present in the court make a categorical statement, that on completion of

2/3 6 ABA 625.20.doc investigation charge-sheet is filed against the co-accused Sameer Mahajan accused no.1, and the case of the prosecution has been crystallized therein. As far as the present applicant is concerned, since he is said to had aided the said accused, and the investigation of the prosecution is now over, it is informed that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary, but he shall report to the Investigating Officer on the given date and assist him in completing the investigation against him.

Hence the following order:

: ORDER :

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Harvindersingh Kesharsingh Tumber @ Bunty Singh in connection with C.R.No. 47 of 2020 registered with Navpada, Police Station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the Police Station from 26/09/2022 to 28/09/2022, between 10:00 a.m to

3/3 6 ABA 625.20.doc 12:00 noon, and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.

Anticipatory Bail Application No. 625 of 2020 is disposed off.

In view of disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application No. 625 of 2020 , the Interim Application No. 1 of 2020 do not survive and stands disposed off accordingly.
