After hearing both the learned Advocates, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted on instructions to allow him to withdraw the Application. Learned Counsel further submits that Applicant is in jail for more than 7 years and yet trial has not commenced. Hence directions be given to expedite the trial. 3.

Considering the request of learned Advocate for the Applicant, Application is allowed to be withdrawn.

As the Applicant is in jail for more than 7 years and yet trial has not commenced, the Trial Court is requested to disposed off the pending trial as early as possible preferably within one year after receipt of the Order. 6.

In view of the disposal of the Application, Interim Application No. 4332 of 2022 is also disposed off.
