The petitioner's contention is that a faulty D.P. erected in the farm/field owned and possessed by the petitioner is causing damage to the crops and endangering life of the petitioner and the family members. Inspite of complaint nothing has happened. Learned Counsel, therefore, prays that department shall look into the matter. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we

2/2 13wp10802.15.sxw observe that petitioner is entitled to file comprehensive representation to concerned Chief Engineer, Nashik within three weeks from today. In case such a representation is received, the Chief Engineer shall look into the grievance of the petitioner on its own merits. 3.

With aforesaid observations and directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
