By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks writ of mandamus against the respondent no.1 to immediately execute and implement notice dated 20th February, 2019 issued by the respondent no.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly invited our attention to the notices issued by the respondent no.1 not only to the respondent no.3 but also to the petitioner annexed at pages 14 and 16 of the petition.

It appears that the authority has not taken any action in furtherance of any of these two notices annexed at pages 14 and 16 till date. The said notices were issued as far back as on 20th February, 2019 at pages 14 and 16 of the petition.

We accordingly direct the respondent no.1 to take appropriate steps in pursuance of the said two notices within eight weeks from today.

Writ petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute. No order as to costs.
