Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

Registrar, (Judicial-II), vide order dated 19th October 2022, granted two weeks time to the Appellant to remove Office objections, failing which registration of the First Appeal (stamp) would stand refused automatically.

According to the learned Counsel for the Appellant, Office objections could not be removed due to oversight for a bonafide reasons. It is submitted that the Applicant has a good case on merits. If the order is not set aside, great prejudice will be caused to the Appellant. Delay of 95 days has occurred in preferring this 1 /2

For the reasons stated hereinabove, delay is condoned and order dated 19th October 2022, is set aside. 5.

The Applicant shall remove the office objections within one week from uploading of this order, failing which the impugned order will automatically stands revived.
