1] For the reasons set out in the civil application, the same is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The civil application is disposed of.

2] Place Civil Revision Application No. 598 of 2013 for admission on 7th November 2011 on supplementary board.

3] Prior to aforesaid date, the applicant to ensure that all office objections are cleared and service is effected upon unserved respondents. If no steps are taken, this Court, on 7th November 2017 will consider once again for dismissing the civil revision application for non-prosecution.
