In view of disposal of Writ Petition No.2554 of 2024, the present petition is also disposed of by directing the Charity Commissioner to decide the transfer application filed by the respondent in accordance with law after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner including the issue of maintainability of application at the instance of respondent.

The Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune Region, Pune shall decide the objection of petitioner afresh.
