Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioner No. 2 has expired and she is desirous of bringing her legal heirs on record. Liberty is granted to amend title clause of the Petition by inserting the legal heirs of the deceased/Petitioner No. 2. 2.

As far as service to the newly added respondent in the form of legal heirs of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is concerned, since the copies are not supplied, office note records that the notices are not issued. The Petitioners shall take steps to comply with the office objection. Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith. As Y.S.Patil
