By the consent of the parties, the following order is passed: i) The impugned order dated 5 September 2023 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune Region, Pune in Miscellaneous Application No.29 of 2023 is quashed and set aside. ii) The applicant-respondent shall add petitioner-Trust as a party to the Miscellaneous Application No.29 of 2023. iii) The Joint Charity Commissioner shall grant opportunity of hearing to the applicant-respondent and newly added petitionerTrust and after hearing of both the sides, shall pass the order afresh.

v) The parties shall appear before the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune Region, Pune on 4 March 2024 at 10:30 a.m. 2.
