Learned APP for respondent no.1-State, on instructions, states that in the crime involved in the present petition, the police have filed "C" Summary Report and it is now pending for consideration of the concerned criminal court. She also submits that notice has been issued by the concerned criminal court to the complainant in the proceedings relating to "C" Summary Report. 2.
