The learned counsel for the petitioner on the instructions of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application. He only seeks indulgence in making payment of the arrears of maintenance. He submits that the arrears due and payable to the respondent as on today, are Rs. 1,27,000/- and seeks time to pay the same in installments. Only by way of indulgence, the same is allowed.

The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- in five installments. The first installment of Rs. 25,000/- will be deposited on 27th March 2015, the second installment of Rs. 25,000/- will be deposited on 10th April, 2015, the third installment of Rs. 25,000/- on 24th nsk
2/2 wp 834.2015.doc April, 2015, the fourth installment of Rs. 25,000/- shall be deposited on 08th May, 2015 and the last installment of Rs. 15,000/- will be deposited by 22nd May, 2015. Installments, to make payment are granted only to enable the petitioner to clear the arrears.

It is made clear, that in addition to the aforesaid, the applicant shall continue to pay the maintenance as awarded by the Trial Court vide judgment and order dated 09-12-2012. 4.
The application accordingly stands disposed of as withdrawn, on the aforesaid terms.
