Learned APP has tendered across the Bar, a report prepared and signed by the Additional Senior Jailor Gr.I Judicial, Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

On a perusal of the said report, it is clear that on 28.02.2018, the petitioner is released from jail. It appears that he was acquitted and therefore, released from jail.

In view thereof, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Writ petition stands disposed of.
