It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the letter dated 30.11.2015 issued by respondent no.2, Pimpri Chinchwad New Town Development Authority, Nigdi, Pune, petitioner be permitted to withdraw this petition with a liberty to comply with the directions contained in the said order and the said Authority be directed to take appropriate decision after giving opportunity of hearing to the

918.wp-3260.2016.sxw petitioner. In view of the aforesaid statement, liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw this petition. Petitioner may appear before the said Authority along with relevant documents as mentioned in the said letter dated 30.11.2015. The Authority shall pass appropriate orders after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within eight weeks from the date of petitioner's appearance before the said Authority. Petitioner to appear before the said Authority on 26th April, 2016. In case any adverse order is passed, petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum. Petition stands disposed of with aforesaid directions. C.C. as per rules.
