Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the prosecution has examined 9 witnesses. The trial is moving at snail's trail. There are various orders passed by this court directing the trial court to expedite the trial as far as possible. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the Sessions Court be given time limit to complete trial.

11.ba509.17.sxw Taking into consideration the progress of the trial and the submissions advanced across the bar, this Court would direct the Sessions Court to conclude the trial as far as possible within 3 months from the date of receipt of this order. The learned Sessions Court shall not grant unwarranted adjournment to the prosecution and shall ensure that the accused is produced before the Court on each and every stipulated date, failing which the learned Sessions Court may take appropriate action.
