The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 based on the affidavit placed on record on 27.8.2013 referring to Paragraph 2 stated that they have already complied with the order and the status quo ante is also restored. In view of this we see no case is made out for contempt. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed off.
