The applicant was granted bail by order dated 14.01.2019 passed in bail application no. 3330 of 2019. As condition for bail, the applicant was granted four weeks time from the date of his release to deposit the amount of Rs.27,80,000/. The applicant had so far deposited amount of Rs. 5,00,000/-.

spb/ 502appp292-19.odt By order dated 18.02.2019, time to deposit was extended till 25.02.2019 since on that date, the applicant had deposited the aforesaid amount by way of a cheque before the trial court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the aforesaid cheque not been honoured, on account of financial constraints, the applicant could not deposit the balance amount. On instructions, it is submitted that the applicant would deposit the balance amount within a period of six weeks. Statement is accepted, as an undertaking to this court. The applicant is permitted to deposit the balance amount in accordance with the order dated 14.01.2019 within a period of six weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.

This criminal application is disposed of.
