This petition arises out of the proceedings under Section 145 of Criminal Procedure Code. It appears that during the pendency of the proceedings, the petitioner had filed a suit in the Civil Court claiming to be possession of the premises in dispute. The Civil Court has dismissed the suit holding that the petitioner is not in possession. In the circumstances, the petition does not survive. The same is disposed off.
