Considering the fact that the victim is necessary party to the appeal, u/s 14(A) of the Scheduled Cast and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, eventhough the father of the deceased is joined as a party/Respondent to the appeal, Intervention application is allowed. Applicant/Intervener Pushpa Rajesh Jagtap is directed to be impleaded as Respondent no.3 in the instant appeal.
