1] By a reasoned Order dated 10th March 2017, the applicants were granted interim relief. The applicant No.1 is the husband and applicant No. 2 is mother-in-law of the first informant.

2] I have perused the papers of the investigation. In pursuance of Orders dated 10th March 2017 and 27th March 2017, the applicant No.1 has attended the Investigating Officer and cooperated in the process of investigation. After taking into consideration the allegations against the applicants and the nature of crime, this Court is of the view that the the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary. 3] In view thereof, interim relief granted on 10.3.2017 is hereby confirmed. 4] The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
