These Applications are made by Insurance Company for stay of the operation and 1/3
implementation of the impugned awards dated 08/07/2013 passed by the MACT, Mangaon, Dist. Raigad in MACPs.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that they have already deposited the entire awarded amount in the Tribunal. Statement is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Applications, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Applications.

Hence, the following order:
a) The operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and awards dated 08/07/2013 passed by MACT, Mangaon, Dist. Raigad in MACPs. are stayed, till hearing and final disposal of the appeals.
b) The Tribunal is directed to invest the awarded amount in a fixed deposit account of any Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of one year and same shall be renewed from time to time till hearing and final disposal of the appeal.

c) Liberty granted to the claimants to prefer an appropriate Application for withdrawal of the amount, if they so desire, which will be decided on its own merits d) Civil applications stand disposed off accordingly.
