Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the present Writ Petition has been filed on behalf of 85 Petitioners. He submits that he received instructions from his clients to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition on behalf of Petitioner Nos.1 to 8, 10 to 13 and 16, for the same cause of action and appropriate proceedings on behalf of the remaining Petitioners before the appropriate authority including Central Administrative Tribunal. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Hence, the the following order is passed:

The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition on behalf of Petitioner Nos.1 to 8, 10 to 13 and 16, for the same cause of action and appropriate proceedings on behalf of the remaining Petitioners before the appropriate authority including Central Administrative Tribunal.
