In the wake of Corona crises, petitioner approached this court submitting that IPL schedule then to start from 29th March, 2020 should be quashed and set aside.

The learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.1Organizers states that because of the Corona threat, Organizers have already taken a decision and postponed the matches till 15th April, 2020. 4.

Learned Government Pleader submits that there has to be a fresh schedule thereafter and present challenge has become infructuous.

Counsel for Petitioner requests for keeping the matter pending. 6.

We find that Respondent No.1 is alive to the situation and, therefore, has taken a decision to postpone the matches. 7.

In this situation, if there is a fresh decision and fresh schedule, in the light of situation then prevailing, it may require consideration afresh. 8.
