Perused the record placed before us. It is informed that interim application Exhibit 21 is listed on 20th March, 2018 for hearing before the Family Court. Petitioner and respondent-in-person submit that application will be argued on 20th March, 2018. 2.

We direct the trial Court to finally decide the application

The learned Counsel appearing for petitioner further submits that general guidelines are required to be framed for the guidance of the Family Court as various similar matters are pending before the Family Court in which orders are required to be passed after timely hearing.

This issue need not to be dealt with by this Court in exercise of its writ jurisdiction in the present proceedings. Keeping all issues of the petitioner's claim on merits open before the Family Court, petition stands disposed of.

The Registrar (Judicial) to communicate the order to the concerned Family Court.
