This is a subsequent application. The earlier application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21st September 2016. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in custody since 2015. That till today, the charge is not framed. Learned counsel, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the application. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
