Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant and the learned APP appearing for the State.

The learned APP appearing for the State on the basis of written instructions received from the concerned Investigating Officer submits that pursuant to order passed by this Court on 28th February 2017, the Appellant was formally arrested and then was released on 10th March 2017. The learned APP further informs that already charge-sheet has been filed and charge has been framed, and also trial has commenced.
