Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The relaxation of the conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, while releasing the applicant on bail in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 22 of 2020 in C.R. No. 17 of 2016 is sought in this application.

It does not appear that the applicant has approached the th March 2020, the Sessions Court which has passed the order dated 7 modification of which is sought. The applicant is at liberty to approach the Sessions Court for seeking modification of the conditions Shraddha Talekar PS

In the event such an application is made, the learned Sessions Judge shall make an endeavour to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, on its own merits.
