1] Taken up from final hearing board. The petitioners have challenged the dismissal of the dispute. This court on 6th September 2002, while admitting the petition stayed the impugned appellate court order to the extent of dismissal of the dispute. However, this court, clarified that the cooperative court is free to proceed further with the dispute. The said order remained in tact till this date. The suit as well as the proceedings must have been proceeded further. There is no point keeping this petition pending for the above reason itself. Therefore, by keeping all points open, the present petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged. No costs. ( ANOOP V. MOHATA , J.)
