By Application dated 08.02.2019 Petitioner has made a complaint against two police officers who have been described by the Petitioner. Prima facie reading of the complaint shows that the Petitioner has suffered at the hands of the two police officers. 2.

After reading the complaint, we direct the Superintendent, Taloja Central Jail to verify the details stated in the complaint Application made by the Petitioner and conduct an enquiry. We further direct that if the contents of the complaint Application are found to be true, appropriate action in accordance with law be taken against the erring police officers.
