Rule returnable forthwith. By consent of the parties, heard finally. 1.

On hearing the petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the writ petition as the petitioner's caste claim validity proceedings are pending since 17 January 2004 with a direction to the respondents to decide the same as early as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. 2.

Considering the averments made and in view of the order passed by this Court on 4 March 2016 we are inclined to continue the interim relief so granted till the the decision of the caste committee and four weeks thereafter if any adverse order is communicated to the petitioner.
