Heard the learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.

By this application, the applicant / insurance company has sought stay of the execution of judgment and award dated 08/07/2013 passed by the District Judge-1 & Member, MACT, Mangaon-Raigad in M.A.C.P. No.1280/2008 wherein the Claims Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.96,800/- with interest @ 7.5% per annum herein from the date of filing of the petition till the realization of the amount. 3.

Mr.D.R. Mahadik, learned counsel for the applicant / insurance company states that in terms of order dated 20/09/2017, the applicant has deposited the entire amount as per the judgment and award before 1/2

In the light of said statement, execution of judgment and award dated 08/07/2013 passed by the District Judge-1 & Member, MACT, Mangaon-Raigad in M.A.C.P. No.1280/2008 is stayed till the disposal of the appeal.
