The Applicant herein has sought restoration of First Appeal No. 70 of 2015 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the conditional order dated 9th January 2015, whereby, the appellant was directed to remove office objections within four weeks. 2.

The Applicant has given reasons in paragraph 3 of the application for not filing the paper book within the stipulated time. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that paper-book is ready and the same will be filed within two weeks. 3.

In the light of the said statement, as well as reasons given in paragraph 3 of the application, which in my considered view,

constitute sufficient grounds, the Civil Application is allowed. First Appeal No. 70 of 2015 is restored to file. Civil Application stands disposed of.
