The petitioners have made complaints against the Committee which was appointed to consider the request of the inmates for sending them to the open jail. The cause of action for filing this petition arose in the year 2013. In case the said grievance still subsists, it will be open to the petitioners to approach the higher competent authority for redressal of their grievance. 2.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 3.
