Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 on instructions, makes a statement that, in case the petitioner wish to withdraw this petition, so as to file the revision u/s 154(2)(a) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, in that case, the respondent no.1 will not take further steps for recovery of amount mentioned in the Certificate issued u/s 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act for two week's from today. Statement accepted.
